The Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, Peru's leading tourist attraction, has reopened. Closed for eight months, the site was recently opened for one day for a single tourist, a Japanese visitor stranded in Peru by the pandemic. Now it's open for everyone, but only 675 tourists per day will be allowed to visit.
